PhilosophyThe North Shore Suzuki School, serving Long Island families for over 30 years, embraces and promotes the educational philosophy of Dr. Shinichi Suzuki. His "Mother Tongue" method of learning, as applied to music, has shown that all children possess innate abilities and gifts. These talents, nurtured in an environment of love and respect for each child's potential, can lead to the development of musical skills that will provide the child with a lifetime of satisfaction and enjoyment.
